Welcome - I am a psychotherapist and counsellor of several years experience, specialising in relationship and psychosexual issues.

I have a wide area of experience including addiction, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, abuse, stress related problems, issues of self-esteem and general feelings of dissatisfaction as well as psychosexual and relationship concerns.  

What I endeavour  to offer is a non-judgemental, supportive, safe, containing relationship which will allow the client to explore, clarify and challenge his/her way of ‘being in the world’ to encourage self-awareness, self-responsibility and the development of increased self-efficacy.

In the safe, supportive environment of my comfortable, light therapy room, clients can feel at ease to express their deepest unspoken feelings in the knowledge that they will be heard with compassion and in the strictest confidentiality.
